Furthermore, such types of comparison turn out results relating to the diverse legal cultures being examined. Hence, this specific research methodology would be effective for the undertaken research for comparing the pros and cons of different relevant environmental laws among three countries and measure Hong Kong’s position in this matter. The tools and techniques are used for determining and evaluating the impact of pollution and how the government of the countries dealing with the situation.
