提背景述意见表立场
上述是典型的argumentative essay。作者首先讲讲社会背景，即现有的主题公园已达饱和（saturation）；跟着说出旅游业界的声音，为求表达社会不同意见；然后道出他的看法─对加建另一所主题公园有所保留的态度。最后解释为何不赞同加建另一所主题公园的原因。
